Option 1: Bulk Order and Individual Meals

So you want the food delivered in bulk from your favorite BBQ restaurant in Boise, ID but don't need servers or setup? Great! We can bring any combination of meat, sides, and dessert and leave it with you to dish out.
Please note:
- We can accommodate most orders within 48-hour notice. Availability varies depending on time of year and location - so plan ahead if possible!
- Food will come hot and ready to eat in a disposable aluminum pan or disposable plastic bowls with lids.
- For your guests, plates/utensils can be provided upon request.
If Delivered:
- Delivery Fee: $20 within the Treasure Valley (Boise to Middleton/Notus, 20-mile radius).
- Outside the Radius: $2 per mile for deliveries beyond 20 miles.
- Gratuity: 10% added for delivery; no gratuity for pickup.
Option 2: Full-Service Buffet with Staff
We suggest that if you have 80 people or more you consider this option. Full service with Big Daddy’s BBQ means peace of mind. We’ll provide everything needed to make a set-up happen, including the staff and extra supplies. If this is your party, you’ll get to enjoy the event and guests, as well as gift them a filling, mouth-watering, crowd-pleasing food from the BBQ restaurant Boise, ID can’t get enough of.
$300 set-up fee includes:
- set-up & clean-up
- chafing dishes
- serving utensils
- tables for the buffet line
- linens for buffet tables
- 2-3 servers working 1.5 hours from serving start time
If extra servers are needed (more than 3), we charge $100 each. Additional service time can be added for $75 per half hour.
Full service to McCall, outside of Treasure Valley (from Boise to Middleton), will be subject to a travel fee of up to $500. The travel fee includes overall mileage, maintenance, staff travel, and length of commute.
$200 non-refundable deposit required to secure the date will be applied toward the total.

We also offer chafing dishes for bulk orders if you want to keep food warm for longer periods without full service. For weddings, we can provide buffet linens and work with your decor to ensure everything looks just right. Let us know your needs, and we will build a catering package that fits.
