  • What type of wood do you use for smoking?

    Our signature smoking technique uses Cherry and/or Apple wood to infuse every dish.

  • How long do you smoke your meats for?

    Our meats are smoked anywhere from 2 to 16 hours. Smoke times vary depending on the type of meat, but low and slow is the way to go!

  • What style of barbeque are you?

    We proudly serve our own signature Idaho BBQ, which is a distinctive style that combines beloved BBQ traditions from across the country with our own Idaho roots to create something uniquely delicious. With us, it's all about the smoke.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We open from 11 am to 9 pm every Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, we open at 11 am and close at 8 pm. Holiday hours may vary, so please give us a call.

  • Do you offer catering?

    Yes, we offer two different catering options:

    • Option 1: Bulk pickup or delivery
    • Option 2: Full service with staff to serve, this is the worry-free option

  • Is the restaurant family-friendly?

    Families are our specialty! Every Sunday, kids eat free. We also make dining easy for the whole group by providing family-style meals, perfect for dining in or taking home.
