Contest Details
- Must be prepared day-of event.
- Dessert and Contestant must be on site at Big Daddy’s Saturday, April 24th at 11am for judging/taste-testing.
- Must be cooked in a smoker OR grill.
- Cook must give 30 seconds of their own video to share about their dessert- how they prepped it, why they chose it, what makes it different/better.
- Judges will consider each dessert based on taste and creativity.
- Winner will be decided by judges from Big Daddy’s BBQ and the community.
- Bring in 8 servings of the dessert.
